Before Confirmation:
Any booking cancelled before it is officially confirmed on the Jasvio platform will not incur any charges.
After Confirmation:
Once a booking is confirmed, you may cancel the service request at any time before the Service Professional reaches your location.
Cancellation Fees:
As per the current policy, no cancellation fees are applicable for cancellations made prior to the professional’s arrival. However, Jasvio reserves the right to revise the fee structure or apply applicable taxes in the future in accordance with company policy.
Professional Unavailability:
If a selected Service Professional is unavailable or cancels the assignment, Jasvio will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement from its network of registered Service Professionals to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Pan-India Applicability:
These Terms shall apply to all services offered by Jasvio across India, irrespective of the user’s location or service area.
