The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the nature of the request and the payment method used at the time of booking. Jasvio will initiate the refund process once the request is reviewed and approved in accordance with this Policy.
Once approved, the eligible refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 2 to 7 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
The refund amount, where applicable, will be equivalent to the actual service cost of the cancelled booking.

Convenience fees, taxes, or third-party charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Partial refunds may be issued depending on the stage of service delivery.
This Refund Policy applies to all services booked through the Jasvio platform across India.
