These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services made available on or through https://jasvio.com and/or the Jasvio mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”, and together with the services made available on or through the Platform, the “Services”).
These Terms also include our privacy policy available on the Platform (“Privacy Policy”), and any guidelines, additional, or supplemental terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued by us from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”).
The Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Terms form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms with respect to applicable Services, the Supplemental Terms will prevail.
The Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Jasvio (“we”, “us”, or “our”), having its registered address at:

and you, a user of the Services, or any legal entity that books Pro Services (defined below) on behalf of end-users (“you” or “Customer”).
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms. If you represent any other person, you confirm that you have the necessary power and authority to bind such person to these Terms.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time, and that you will comply with the requirements listed herein.
These Terms expressly supersede any prior written agreements with you. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
(a) The Services include the provision of the Platform that enables you to arrange and schedule various home and professional services with independent third-party service providers (“Service Professionals”). Jasvio facilitates the transfer of payments to Service Professionals and collects payments on their behalf.
(b) The services rendered by Service Professionals are referred to as “Pro Services”.
(c) The Platform is for personal and non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in a separate agreement. The Platform is intended for use within India.
(d) As part of the Services, Jasvio may send you SMS, emails, WhatsApp messages, or notifications related to bookings, service updates, and promotional activities. You may opt out where applicable, but doing so may affect service delivery.
(e) You may be required to provide valid identification proof to access certain Services. Failure to provide such information may result in denial of Services.
(a) To use the Services, you must create an account (“Account”) and provide required details such as your phone number. You must be at least 18 years old.
(b) You confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to update it when necessary.
(c) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities under your Account.
(d) Jasvio shall not be liable for unauthorized access to your Account.
(e) You agree to receive communications regarding transactions, updates, and promotional offers.
(a) The Platform may allow you to post reviews, feedback, comments, or other content (“User Content”).
(b) You agree not to post false or misleading information. Jasvio may use reviews for quality control and platform improvement.
(c) Jasvio reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
(a) You agree that we may collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(b) You consent to sharing your data with affiliates and service providers for service delivery, analytics, and improvement purposes.
(c) We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
(a) Orders: You may request Pro Services through the Platform by selecting available time slots and providing required details.
(b) Confirmation: Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS, email, or notifications.
(c) Cancellations: Bookings cancelled before confirmation will not be charged. Cancellation fees may apply after confirmation.
(d) Substitution: If a Service Professional is unavailable, we may provide a replacement.
(a) Jasvio may charge service fees, convenience fees, or other applicable charges.
(b) Charges payable include service fees, additional services, and material costs (if applicable).
(c) Payments may be made via cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or cash (if available).
(d) Charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or determined by Jasvio.
(e) Jasvio may revise pricing at its discretion without affecting confirmed bookings.
(a) Discrimination against Service Professionals is strictly prohibited.
(b) You must provide a safe and appropriate environment for service delivery.
(c) Jasvio may suspend or restrict access if you behave abusively or unlawfully.
(d) Any misconduct by Service Professionals should be reported to jasviooneplatform@gmail.com within 72 hours.
(a) The Platform may include third-party services or links (“Third Party Services”). Use of such services is at your own risk.
(b) Jasvio is not responsible for the accuracy or performance of Third Party Services.
(c) Third-party terms and privacy policies will apply when you use those services.
